While we don’t always have availability for same day service, we do try our best to accommodate urgent cleaning needs when our schedule allows it. Our normal business hours are 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday. This gives us a set window for completing regular scheduled cleaning appointments. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances come up where a cleaning is needed right away. In cases where a same day cleaning is requested and we have the availability in our schedule, we absolutely will send a team out to complete the cleaning that day. We have dedicated staffing to handle short notice appointments. Our schedule is maintained dynamically, so we can shuffle appointments when possible to free up time for a same day request. As long as the request comes in early enough for us to safely accommodate it, we will do everything possible to send a cleaning team right over. While we can’t guarantee same day service, we do strive to provide it whenever our schedule permits. While we primarily service Twin Falls and Jerome Counties, we understand some clients require our cleaning services outside these areas as well. When we travel outside our normal service regions, there are additional costs incurred by our business. The time required for our staff to travel to and from the location is an expense. There is also added mileage costs for our vehicles and equipment traveling longer distances. Additionally, staff may need meals and incidentals while working far from our office. Due to these extra expenses, we do charge an additional fee for cleaning services provided substantially outside the Twin Falls and Jerome Counties region. The amount varies based on total travel time and mileage required. We calculate it fairly based on the actual costs to our business. Clients are made aware of any travel fees before confirming an appointment. Our goal is always to service our clients’ needs, even if located farther away. We simply need to cover the increased costs associated with long distance travel and extended time away from local clients.
